All of our products are Galvanized and Powder-Coated to ensure our reputation for high quality and long life finish.
Zinc Galvanize Coat:
This is a coating applied to protect the Wrought Iron product to prevent rust. The gate, for example, is completely covered by a thick layer of metallic zinc that seals the iron.
Powder Coating:
The gates are sprayed with a polyester powder paint. The gates are then placed in an oven where it is baked at a high temperature. While in the oven, the powder paint melts into a beautiful and weather resisting finish. Black is most commonly used as it is very dependable and durable. All products are coated in house in our own purpose built plant ensuring highest quality finish.
Installation:
We fit and install all our own products so we can guarantee you peace of mind. We can fit gates the normal manual swing method, and for your own convenience we also specialise in Gate Automation.
Automation:
The desire for gate automation always varies between "simple convenience" and the "security" aspect. These systems are usually installed for many reasons:
- It allows your children/pets to play safely because access to the road is under your control.
- It keeps unwanted visitors out.
- You can open and close your gates without going out into the wet and cold Irish weather
